An example of what it drafts
Rachel, operations lead

Saw your post on fixed-fee scoping. We've been burnt on variable quotes twice this year. How do you handle it when the brief changes halfway?

Your reply, in your words

Twice in a year is rough. We re-scope in writing before anything changes, and the client signs it or we stop. Happy to walk you through how we word it, if that's useful.

Illustrative. Not a real customer.

LinkedIn works. Keeping up with it is the problem.

If you run your own thing, the platform that brings you work is also the one that eats your week. Three ways it goes wrong.

The posts stop

You post for three weeks, it works, then a project lands and you go quiet for two months. The pipeline goes quiet with it.

The inbox has money in it

Someone asked a real question six weeks ago and you never got back to them. That happens because replying properly takes twenty minutes you did not have.

The tools sound like tools

You try an AI writer and everything comes out sounding like a press release. So you stop using it and go back to doing it by hand at 10pm.

Two halves of the same job

Posts start conversations. Replies turn them into work. Most tools do one and ignore the other.

Messages · working now

It drafts your replies and keeps the thread

  • Reads your inbox and drafts a reply in your voice, ready to edit
  • Tags people by where they are up to, so nobody goes cold
  • Tells you who is actually worth a follow-up this week
  • You approve every message. Nothing sends on its own
Content · in build

It writes the posts and scores them before you publish

  • Drafts posts from your own ideas, in your own phrasing
  • Scores a draft against the people you are trying to reach
  • Schedules, formats and keeps the week filled
  • Shows which posts produced actual conversations
The bit that makes it work: one profile, both halves

You set up your voice and who you are trying to reach once. Messages uses it to draft replies. Content uses the same profile to write and score posts. That is why it sounds like you instead of sounding like software, and it is the thing a chat window in another tab cannot do.

A$149 a month, and it gets cheaper the longer you stay

All prices in Australian dollars and include GST. Take one half or both.

Book a call

We will show you the Messages module working on a real inbox, answer what it does and does not do, and tell you honestly whether it suits how you work. If it does not, we will say so.

We will only use this to get in touch about Piccolo Way. No list, no newsletter you did not ask for.

Not ready to talk

Join the early access list

Messages works today. Content is still being built. If you would rather wait and hear when the whole thing is ready, leave your details and we will come back to you first.

Early access places are limited while we are still building, because we want to actually answer the phone.

Who is building this

Two of us, in Australia, and no customers yet

We are Tim and James. We built this because we were both losing work to the same thing: going quiet on LinkedIn for weeks at a time, then finding messages we never answered. Messages works today and we use it ourselves. Content is in build.

We have no testimonials to show you and no customer logos, because you would be among the first. That is the honest trade of talking to us now: you get our attention and a say in what gets built, and you take a chance on two people you have not met. If you would rather wait until there are case studies, join the list above and we will come back when there are.

Fair questions

Will it actually sound like me, or like every other AI tool?

That is the whole point of it, and it is the thing to test us on. It learns from your own posts and replies rather than writing from a generic template, and you edit and approve every message before it goes anywhere. If the first few drafts do not sound like you, tell us on the call and we will show you why.

Does this break LinkedIn's rules or risk my account?

We are deliberately not building bulk automation. Nothing sends on its own, there is no mass connecting, and you approve every message. Plenty of tools in this space do the opposite and people lose accounts over it. We would rather tell you that up front than promise you volume.

What is actually finished?

Messages works now: it reads your inbox, drafts replies in your voice, and keeps track of where each conversation is up to. Content is in build. If you take both modules today you are paying for something that is partly still coming, which is why early access places are limited and why we would rather talk to you first.

Who is it for, and who is it not for?

It is for people who win work through LinkedIn and do not have anyone to delegate it to: consultants, solo founders, advisers, agency owners of one or two. It is not for big sales teams running outbound at volume. There are tools built for that and they are better at it than we will be.

What does it cost after the trial?

A$149 a month for both modules including GST, or A$119 for Messages on its own. Fourteen days to try it with no card. Pay on time and the price steps down to A$124.17 by month six, which is what an annual customer pays. Cancel whenever you like.
